Ruchi, it really depends on how you learn and use communication theory for persuasion. Skills are also important to do so. For this you need good teachers, not only equipment. Universities like Jamia, Nitte University, Mangalore and Symbiosis are good. Some of these are new but their faculty is experienced enough to have trained and placed the best in the industry and research and that's what matters.
