Well, as far I know I would not recommend anyone to fo their graduation in a correspondence unless they have a very strong reason of doing so, and let me tell you that anyone can fo correspondence and the fees vary from college to college and range between INR 10,000 - INR 30,000 per semester.

Don't worry if you have scored less in JEE there are many universities and colleges like Sharda, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both your marks in 12th as well as JEE for admission. Not only this, some of them also offer scholarship to meritorious students. Seeing your good marks in 12th i would advise you to try in one of these universities.
