Dear Swati,
A commerce degree prepares the student to deal with money. However, being an academic course it is almost necessary to pursue a professional courses in parallel in order to become employable. The choice of professional course depends on your interest interest of employment. A few professional courses that can be considered are Computerized Accounting, Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary, Wealth Planning, Banking & Financial Services, etc.
If you are starting with the first year of your BCom then I would suggest you to consider Advanced Diploma in Banking & Finance. This 3 year course of TKWs is structured as a profession
