I do not think you must do an MIM or an MBA. You should choose an M.Com with a CPA accreditation in Australia or an M.Sc in Actuarial Science in the UK. You should consider Ireland instead of Canada. Hope this helps. Thanks.

First you need to clear your 12th standard by passing in all subjects. So either you give compartment examination or repeat one more time and complete your 12th standard. Then think of anything else.
And if diploma is something which interests you more then try to give entrance examinations for diploma courses. Generally ITIs are the ones which provide diploma courses. These institutes are under the supervision of state government.

There is no degree which can help you to become Software architect directly. You are advised to do B.Tech CSE. If you are technically excellent you will able to progress to an Architect level in 8 to 10 years with experience and on the job technical courses.

2 IIT Gn

Generally cutoff for these colleges are high, so if you can't get into them Colleges like GSFCU SCET, Some GECs etc. Are there which are decent. Best of luck for your future endeavours.
