Considering your marks in state board examination and JEE it is impossible. But since you're from reserved category and that too scheduled caste you may get government college. Just keep looking for counselings of different government colleges and appear when they invite.

Dear Rashiv,
Most of the colleges in Canada accepts admission in Masters on the basis of GMAT score and English test score. So for being eligible for admission there you must have a valid GMAT and English test score. But what will be the required score for that you need to check with respective colleges.
