Unfortunately you can't do MBA with diploma in your hands . Minimum eligibility requirement for MBA is Bachelor's degree. As far as experience is concerned it has nothing to do with eligibility criteria. But don't worry you can do "DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT" from IGNOU or from other recognised universities. You can also consider one year distance learning programme "Diploma in entrepreneurship and business management " from www.ediindia.org All the best.

It is tough to say what you should do. Because your interest is in Biology and you want to go in Merchant Navy. It is same as if your interest is in Cricket and you want to be Tennis player. Both your interest and your want to be career are in two different domains.
Therefore, first decide where you want to go.
But whatever you do, make it your interest first then career.

No, you don't have much options of colleges accepting less than 50% marks in Graduation. Also, if you belong to any reserved category then surely as per the eligibility you can have. Therefore, find Direct Admission in Top MBA Colleges in India with less than 50% in Graduation.

India you cannot get admission in any PG medical programmes without qualifying NEET. We will suggest you to go to UK for you PG in Medical.
