Personal interest should be given utmost importance in branch selection. Other factors count later. So firstly, decide your field of interest. Do some web searches and introspect yourself.
For future prospects, ME is an evergreen branch. You can always get decent jobs there with your skills.
Don't lure into CSE by thinking about 1-2 crores packages offered to some students. Think rationally.

Himanshu, fee structure for MBA varies from college to college. This you need to check with different colleges. Some of the best universities in the country offering MBA and are having good placement record too are Sharda, Lovely, Manipal etc.
There are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.
