You may check PG Diploma courses or Graduate certificate programs which are of 1 year. Certificate courses for 6 months or so are also available. However short term programs are not easy to find in Germany. Now the question 'which course' is something you must know. You have done your MBA so ask yourself why you need another course? Wasn't MBA enough? It is best you gain some work experience if you don't have any ,and have clarity over your career plans.
