All I can say is you may try for private colleges like Amity, Sushant School of Architecture or Galgotias, as other institutions or majority of them accept NATA score.

There is no common counselling for NATA qualified candidates. After the results are declared, the candidates will be able to individually apply to the institute of their preference. The details regarding the counselling process will be announced individually by the institutes. As per the schedule of their preferred institute, the candidates will have to apply for admission and submit their details. NATA scores will be considered for allotment of seats.

*You should choose your career depending upon your strengths and interests.
*If you are having good communication skills and like management then go for Hotel Management but
*If you are not very good at communicating people and instead good at computers then go for BCA.

SPL will be issued by Flying school itself and PPL you will have to get issued by DGCA, after you finish it's requirements.
It is no necessary to get PPL issued because in any case you are pursuing for CPL and you will be given all the privileges of CPL that will automatically include the privileges of PPL.
Usually the fee is including all the expenses, still a bifurcation should be taken from the flying school at the time of admission.
DGCA expenses like license issue fee are not included.
