Hi Harsh, Let me tell you the eligibility for interior designing:-
Qualification: Pass in 10+2 or 3 years Diploma by the Central/State Government or equivalent qualification from any Board. General Category: Admissions are done on the basis of the qualifying examination with minimum 50% marks in any stream. Merit or entrance it totally depends on the university or college you choose. Scope for Interrior designing - The Scope of Interior designing in today world is much more competitive than it was years ago, to make a career in Interior designing its important to have an early exposure in the industry by means of education as well as practical knowledge. Interior design is an artful Science which can enhance the aesthetics, functionality and create healthier living environments for the clients/end users. An Interior designer is equipped with an education, degree and practical experience to plan, coordinate, design and execute projects. The professional scope of an interior designer is huge in India and backed with a flair for innovative thinking and designing one can reach a pinnacle in this field. But yes! India needs more interior designers, there are a number of reputed interior designing institutes but most of the students, after gaining the degree, moves abroad in search for jobs. Actually India as country is growing at a very fast speed so as in future, and in India the interior designing industry is said to be growing at a rate of 20%. So, if you are thinking about taking up a Diploma/degree in interior designing in India, you are probably on the right track.

Both the courses have a place of their own in the real lie and the corporate world. CA (Chartered Accountancy), is one of the oldest and one of the most reputed professional courses currently being offered in India. The best part about CA is it is internationally recognised and India CA's are considered one of the best in the World in terms of Accounts and understanding and interpreting the Law. CA is considered one of the toughest exams in the world. Now, I will move on to the real-life importance of CA. CA is more practical life and mind puzzling and much more in the direction of interpreting the statutes to conclude their practical implications. Indian economy is widely based on this profession. A CA does not have a cap on his income and there is no concept of retirement, rather CA's value increase with time. But the biggest challenge in this profession is, it is as much as experience oriented but also there is always a need to keep ourselves up to date with various changes in the law. CMA (Cost & Management Accountant), is on emergence in India, but the demand is still very low and hence, the regulating body keeps the result way too low, so as to control the number of CMA's in the country. CMA is more based on analytical skills and understanding the Concepts of Cost related issues and better management decisions. In India, modernisation has taken a lead but still, most of the industries do not focus on Cost cutting and better management which is why they do not feel any need of CMA's and hence, the demand is very low. CMA's are paid well but jobs are few. But this profession is in great demand overseas. The minimum duration of the Chartered Accountancy Course for a person joining after Class XIIth (i.e. through CPT Route) is 4.5 years. The minimum duration of the Chartered Accountancy Course for a person joining after Graduation (i.e. through Direct Entry Scheme) is 3 years. The duration of CMA course is also 3-4 years.
