Your question is not so clear. However the CSIR UGC NET is conducted for the following subjects as under.
1. Chemical Sciences (701)
2. Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences (702)
3. Life Sciences (703)
4. Mathematical Sciences (704)
5. Physical Sciences (705)
The applicability of NET scores is limited to above subjects. So the all subjects covers at PG level in Life Science are applicable for Life sciences (703). So what is the need of doing M.Sc. Again if you have qualified the CSIR NET in Life sciences subject.

Regarding the specific stream (b. Arch) you questioned.
First, the positives: fantastic placement programme, strong infra, lots of site visits and excursions, population from most Indian states.
Negatives include overcrowding, bad management, mediocre employees from the neighbourhood, subpar hostel accommodations, and a lack of a feedback system for when student

Yes you can go for MBBS after completing your engineering. Some government colleges and private colleges will allow you to do so. But the point is in doing so you will waste some important years of your career. It will be like starting from scratch again.
