While taking a lateral entry, it is preferred that you choose the course that is the closest to the subjects that you already have cleared so that credits can be mapped, thereby increasing your chances of clearing the eligibility criteria. Although BBA and B.Com (Hons) are related, however BBA has a broader range of subjects vis-a-vis a B.Com (Hons) which is rather focused. Nonetheless, it is important to consider the criteria for lateral admission while applying to a particular course. IILM University Gurugram is accepting student applications under the lateral entry/migration scheme for various undergraduate programmes including BBA

Your question is not so clear. However the CSIR UGC NET is conducted for the following subjects as under.
1. Chemical Sciences (701)
2. Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences (702)
3. Life Sciences (703)
4. Mathematical Sciences (704)
5. Physical Sciences (705)
The applicability of NET scores is limited to above subjects. So the all subjects covers at PG level in Life Science are applicable for Life sciences (703). So what is the need of doing M.Sc. Again if you have qualified the CSIR NET in Life sciences subject.

Now that I've admitted it, I'd want to inform you of some general information. Excellent infrastructure (much is under development), mediocre personnel, the bulk of students are from Punjab (about 50%), there are enough canteens, and extracurricular activities are not prioritised.
Regarding the specific stream (b. Arch) you questioned.
First, the positives: fantastic placement programme, strong infra, lots of site visits and excursions, population from most Indian states.
Negatives include overcrowding, bad management, mediocre employees from the neighbourhood, subpar hostel accommodations, and a lack of a feedback system for when student

Yes you can go for MBBS after completing your engineering. Some government colleges and private colleges will allow you to do so. But the point is in doing so you will waste some important years of your career. It will be like starting from scratch again.
