Although, there are not many Institutes providing integrated degree but few of the Institutes which you can consider for integrated B.Tech + M.Tech programmes are: IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, Sastra University, Singhania University, Amity University, Banaras Hindu University, and Gautam Buddha University.
However, I would like to add here that these integrated programmes are really intense and Exhaustive so, one should choose this degree only if one feels that he can do justice to this programme by scoring well, as mey get exahsted after 3 years and want to opt for something else at that time it becomes a big hassle in your career development so, keep all the pros and cons in mind

Hi,
US is one of the finest study destination to pursue MS computer science and related fields.There are many good universities in US, which offers MS in computer science and related fields, find below some of these universities.
Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
University of California–Berkeley.
Stanford University (CA)
University of Illinois–Urbana-Champaign.
University of Michigan–Ann Arbor.
In order to pursue MS from US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
An average tuition fee at US universities is around US$ 30,000 per year. the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

As Suggested by Ankit & Umesh, it would not be advisable to go for a course which is not recognized by government or affiliated with any University. There are several other options which you can choose from to do an E MBA programme, like Symbiosis, IIMs, XLRI etc.
