Hi Srishti,
MBA after B.A (Pass) is very much possible, provided you meet the eligibility to sit for MBA Entrance Examination i.e 50% and above percentage through a recognized University. If you meet the above criteria you can very well go for an MBA programme after clearing the Entrance Examination and GD/PI etc.

As the cut off rank keeps on changing every year it would be difficult to give you any concrete list of Institutes and as you have not got a very high rank getting into best of the institutes would be difficult. However, you can check more information on last year cut offs which will help you deciding this year ranking and institutes you may opt for.

Hi Aayushi,
B.Tech + MBA is an Integrated programme but a commerce student would not be eligible for this programme. Moreover, there are very few Institutes in India providing integrated programme advisable would be that you should opt for BBA or B.Com and then plan a full time MBA course through an Institute like IIMs.

As you have not scored very high rank in GATE it seems really difficult to get through any top notch Institutes, but there are several State level Institutes which you may try with like P.E.S College of Engineering, Guru Ghasidas University etc.
