Hi Amit, TAPMI Manipal is well known for Management courses and Hochschule Esslingen University of Applied Sciences is one of the reputed Universities in Germany well known for its engineering courses. The union ought to prove good for students. But this will greatly depend on where the course is being conducted and what kind of faculty is teaching the course. As it ia joint venture there should be faculties from both the institutes.

Hi Saroj,
Yes, you can apply to PG programmes in Public Administration after completing your graduation with Berhampur University. The admission criteria although, would vary from University to University but generally the eligibility is 50% and above aggregate marks in any of the faculty in graduation. Few of the Universities you can check with BHU, ICFAI, Jamia Millia Islamia, etc.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
