Find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MS in US universities:
Undergraduate degree in related field, and good academic background throughout preferably 60%.
GRE score of 1200-1400 plus.

As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion on any specific Institute. Although, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Engineering and Technology and Giani Zail Singh College of Engineering and Technology both are at the same level, but different private ranking has ranked them differently some have ranked Giani Zail Singh higher whereas some have ranked SBS higher.
I would suggest you that before getting into any of the two Institutes keep few things in mind such as the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty

Although, Shaheed Bhagat Singh college of Engineering is one of the decent State level College, but I would suggest you to keep few things in mind while choosing your Institute which are: the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty (their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute.

had you target during the bsc itself than this question woudnt have turned up. It is better for you to know ur own ambition. you might have discussed the future aspects during selection of the subjects and during due course of time.
However as per ur question and ur subjects first of all u are suppose to look perfect ---next step is to try to get a job in one of the health mall/ club etc--even if you have to work for free than also join it. try to use ur analytical knowledge / core subjects to treat the members coming there.
