Generally, the cutoff of all top IIMs is above 99 percentile (and 96+ percentile for new ones) so it's quite difficult to get an interview call at just 90 percentile.

Any graduate can take PSC exam. But your university which you didn't mention is a bit in grey shades. I seriously hope it has other approvals. It is my advice to every student, please check the authenticity and approvals of the college before taking admission in it.

For BCA it is not at all necessary to do 3rd year in any foreign college it will be in Christ College only, however they do offer you a program in which 3rd year studies are done in any of the affiliated colleges abroad.

No, because before MCA, there is BCA in which all the system process, languages computer graphics, multimedia & other major portions covered which ultimately becomes deep in MCA. Without studying BCA, it is going to be really tough.
