Well it would not be possible to list out the evening colleges in Tamil Nadu / Kerala but you can always consider checking the list of colleges in affiliation to the Universities there.
Also if you are seeking for study options where in you need not attend regular classes then you may opt for the correspondence/ distance courses depending on the course availability as per your requirement.

There is no need to join any institute just for the study material as it is always available free of cost on the facebook groups . simply search for adc in facebook and join an open group . then send a message to the group members to put u into the secret study groups because usually the study group settings are secret . the u can get all the material , as well as guidance and study partners . As someone who passed adc , i can tell you , u can easily do it by urself as many many people are doing it these days . There are a couple of institutes as well . In australia , OTC conducts a course . It is not worth spending too much money on local institutes because they usually follow an MDS pattern . Try instead , the online courses by past experienced candidates . Some of them are by Dr Bedo , Dr Albert chou (you can search on facebook) , CRACKADC.COM . But since u asked , those as physical classrooms in india are ahead , leads .

Considering the fact that you are to opt for distance degree, Symbiosis and SMU are decent options, preferably join SCDL i.e. Symbiosis.
Also do remember your future placements and jobs will depend on your own skill set and profile because you are doing your degree from distance.
Nevertheless, Curriculum designed by Symbiosis for distance education of MBA is a good one.
And fees being updated every year by most of the Institutes, so you should check the official website of the respective university / institute for the updated and exact fee structure.

Applications for admission into the Distance Learning Programmes offered by SMUDE need to be made at any of the authorised Learning Centres.
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Decide on the programme you want to pursue. Find programmes
Step 2: Download the prospectus
Step 3: Visit the nearest Learning Centre. Click Here
Step 4: Purchase the application form from the Learning Centre
Step 5: Fill the application in all respects and attach the requisite documents mentioned in the application along with the course fee by way of a Demand Draft in favour of Sikkim Manipal University, DE payable at Manipal / Udupi.
Step 6: Submit the application form with the requisite documents at the Learning Centre.
