as per my knowledge you can join any institute but see that you can use your bca knowledge & choose the course according to that . as you are BCA passed student you should do scripting part of the animation like rigging, skinning, particles ect. rather than modeling Animating etc
its my friendly advice after spending 15 years of life time in animation graphic & training unfortunately you have to find out right institute by yourself in eduction matter our county is lacing lot.

Considering the fact that you are to opt for distance degree, Symbiosis and SMU are decent options, preferably join SCDL i.e. Symbiosis.
Also do remember your future placements and jobs will depend on your own skill set and profile because you are doing your degree from distance.
Nevertheless, Curriculum designed by Symbiosis for distance education of MBA is a good one.
And fees being updated every year by most of the Institutes, so you should check the official website of the respective university / institute for the updated and exact fee structure.
