Well Shiksha is an education portal and promoting information regarding jobs might be quite difficult but then all I can suggest is to first check to which organization and specially which field you are opting to get in. SAP is one of the most demanded applications but the usage will depend on your experience, hence gaining some exposure will benefit you.

There is no one book which you can follow to clear UGC NET as it would depend on the subject you choose. However, for general studies you can pickup Trueman. For Economics you can check for J.K. Chopra, Collin P.H, and Pushpa Bisht Sinha etc.
