HI Sanjay, at UG level, studying abroad for law is not recommended unless you wish to practise in the destination country. The laws in various countries differ from what is practised in India.
What I would suggest is to complete BA/BS LLB in India and go abroad for Masters. For LLM you can opt for subjects like Commercial law, intellectual property law, international trade law, maritime law. Such subjects do not have much difference and are better opted than subjects like criminal law as these differ greatly.
