Taxation, by itself, is a separate career path. If you are aiming at becoming a tax consultant in the long run, the right option would be to look at pursuing the Chartered Accountancy (CA) program. A short term taxation course will in no way add value. On the other hand, pursuing a PGDM \ MBA program, will open a lot of avenues for you in terms of career growth. You can look at, stock markets, treasury, merchant banking, retail banking and a host of other areas.

Hi Piyush,PGDM is post graduate diploma in management and MBA is Masters in Business Administration. You receive a degree certificate from the university under which you have compelted your MBA under AIU affiliation. Whereas, in PGDM, you received a diploma certification from the institute approved under AICTE/AIU affiliation. Comparatively, PGDM is better as the course is competitive, upgrdaded and prepares you to get ready for a real challenging job world. Wehereas, MBA course curriculum is conventional where upgradation of course is very rare depending upon the university guidelines. You may consider:- FORE School Of Management Birl
