Hi Richa,
As you have completed your schooling, I would suggest you to take up graduate degree as this will be the base for your furture. Hence, you should opt for a bachelors degree and along with it you can then opt for the certification in Hardware/ Networking provided you are comfortable handling the same.

As you have got a pretty low score in your graduation it would be difficult to get admission in any full time Programme, be it MBA, M.Com, Masters in Finance etc. I would suggest that in case you are too keen to do a Masters level programme you should opt for a correspondence or Distance Education programme or you can look forward to do some PG Diploma programmes in Commerce or Management programmes. As you are pursuing undergraduate course in Mechanical engineering, it will be advisable for you to pursue masters in same filed as it will add on to your knowledge of what you have gained at UG level, at the same time it will be good for you professionally as well.
How ever you can pursue Masters in materials science.
