Hi,
Canada is one of the finest study destination to pursue MBA, to pursue MBA from Canada you need to have:
16 years of education with good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
GMAT score of 500-6000 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
With your profile it would be advisable for you to work for 3-4 years and then apply for MBA.
It is always advisable to join some good coaching institute which offers quality GMAT coaching, these institutes offers weekend classes for working professional.

It is located in Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Mumbai only.
Admission Procedure:
Applicants are required to complete the Application form and pay the fees at the time of admission.
Then student can pay the fees in Cash or by Cheque/D.D. The Cheque/DD should be drawn in favor of "National Institute of Retail Management" and payable at BANGALORE .
The application form along with the fees i.e. cheque/D.D should be couriered to the institutes office by speed post.

As far as teaching english is concerned, you can approach any of the colleges and after having a discussion and interview, if selected, can start. After 12th, you have to decide basis on your interest level, in which field you want to pursue your career further and then decide accordingly.

Retail Industry is booming in India today and the growth seems to go up with the growth of various industries like food Retail, fashion retail etc. Although, the scope of Retail Management is increasing but as it is still a budding field moreover, as you are doing your graduation through a Distance learning programme, how helpful this would be to get you a right kind of job and career growth is really doubtful.

Its definitely a booming sector as you have to work with the retail outlets of big companies and in Malls, I think you are not unaware about booming Mall culture in India which need students specialized in Retailing. After BBA, MBA in same field is the best choice for you but you may do MBA in Marketing as its also relate with you field.
