First of all, you need to be clear about the specialization in which you will complete your MBA because there are different criteria and process for the different area. Now, I can tell you the basic common thing or must-haves for the selection process of as such companies.
1. Not mandatory but a few companies shortlist through class 10th and 12th division, so if you have 1st division in class 10th and 12th then good luck.
2. Aptitude: The next common basis of selection is an aptitude test.
3. English: For this, they can give you essay writing or different kind of tricky questions online or written to check that whether you use correct words for correct situations or not.
4. Communication: In communication, there three types: 1. SKYPE2. Telephonic3. Face to face
