Before taking further admission you first need to decide what career aspirations do you have.
In case, you want to go into research/academics then you should pick M.Pharm.
In case you want to go into managing of operations /administration/Sales & marketing then an MBA would make more sense.

First of all, you need to be clear about the specialization in which you will complete your MBA because there are different criteria and process for the different area. Now, I can tell you the basic common thing or must-haves for the selection process of as such companies.
