It's okay if somehow you were unable to appear in CAT/MAT exams but still, if you want to take admission directly there are some universities as:
Sikkim Manipal University
Amity University
Else, you can also opt for distance learning course from any good universities as:
Symbiosis
or any other recognized one.
As you said that you have not appeared in MAT and CAT, you are not eligible for taking admission in MBA from a good institution.
Apart from these, if you want to do MBA without sitting in CAT or MAT then you can also give the state entrance exam like MH-CET, TANCET, PGCET, UPSEE, etc.
Choose your state where you want to take admission and give the entrance exam of that state. But there are a very few number of seats for other state candidates.
MBA is a Master's degree which stands for Master of Business Administration. By pursuing this course, you can easily get a job in any of the reputed agencies.
