It's very nice to see your dream of going abroad for PG. Always dream and dream big! I would advise you to approach a specialised agency dealing with sending students abroad since they are aware of different aspects of the issue and I am sure that they can guide correctly based on your academics.

Hi Laxman, your grades are good, you can apply to top ranked universities. If you are considering Europe you can check universities in Netherlands, UK, Germany, Spain and France. Check this for options

There is no campus placement unlike Indian universities. They have career assistance cells, they will organize career and job fairs, networking events, industrial link ups etc. If you are doing very good in your academics you will lead the race. Good Luck.

Since you have a 3-year degree course, you may not be eligible for too many options or universities. In Canada, you can check for PG Diploma courses. Options in USA will also depend on your profile and the university admission policies. You have to check a lot of university websites and email them, proactively.

Let me tell you about what you have to do after class 12th.
To get into a good hotel management college in India, you have to take NCHMJEE.
In order to crack the exam with a good rank, start preparing for it, right after class 12th boards.
These books will help you crack the exams-:
Quantitative Aptitude by RS Agarwal
Non-verbal reasoning
Try to buy some books from online sites on NCHMJEE.
