There are very few B Schools, which offer MBA in IT. The basic eligibility to write the CAT or MAT entrance exam, is a graduation with at least 50 % . You need to do very well in your CAT or MAT to ensure that you secure the required cut off score, if you are targeting a specific B School. After this, you will have a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Some B Schools have micro presentations, case studies or Psychometric Tests, in place of a Group Discussion. The job profile would depend on the company's requirements. If you are strong in a particular function in IT, you can always highlight this in your resume.

Your first option is to talk to your HR people, in the BPO, where you are working right now. You have not mentioned whether you are working for a Captive BPO or Third Party BPO. Lot of BPO's have many functions apart from BPO, which is Software Programming, Software Testing, ERP Solutions and so on. Some of them, may have a KPO with a BPO. The other option, is to identify recruitment consultants, who specialize in IT recruitment.
