Sahil the only good option for you is to immediately contact Board of School education Haryana. If feasilbe for you then it is better you go to their office there personally or send your representative with some proof of you having appeared in that exam. If you have a xeros copy of that certificate then it would be most helpful to get the duplicate signed & stamped by Board authority.

As such it should not prevent you from studying MBA. You should have anyhow cleared Mathematics later. But yes, you must evaluate if failing in maths subjects is not entirely due to lesser analytical ability in you. If that is so then I would suggest you to work more on developing analytical ability and calculation skills because that would also help you in practicing your management skills once you do MBA and get absorbed for managerial job.
