HI Rajbir, University based dental programs are either bachelor or master degrees. Diplomas in the form of associate degrees which are entry level programs are offered by community colleges. For BS programs in Dental Hygiene you may check Northern Arizona University, University of Maryland, Ferris State University, University of Michigan, Oregon Institute of Technology, University of Pittsburgh to name a few.

There are no such Diploma courses based on Diploma in engineering. Therefore, you can try to complete B.Tech, then you can pursue good courses in management.

I would suggest you to pursue MS.
Below mentioned are the reasons to pursue MS:
1. Once you start earning, it is difficult to go back to academics.
2. If you don't do anything interesting at your work place, your profile becomes weaker and reduces your chance of getting good university.
3. If you have done your MS immediately, 5 years down the line, you are in a much better situation in USA in terms of position and finance as compared to your classmates who did MS 2-3 years later.

Its an easy way to get there. fill registration for admission and then you need to be done with these eligibility criteria: Graduation (50%) and any of these test with their respective minimum marks can be entertained i.e. MAT- 550, CAT/XAT - 80 percentile, NMAT 65 percentile, GMAT - 500 Or you can take Amity Written Test and off the record amity entrance test is very easy to crack. After clearing that you may get confirmation by email and Amity will send you hard copy of documents including a congratulation/confirmation letter and fee depositing descriptions and welcome notes.
