Well the fee structure varies for all the institutes. Each one is bound to follow the norms set by the governing body like AICTE, UGC, etc. And all the above Universities mentioned above select candidates based on their performance in different aptitude rounds that are conducted under the guidelines of the selection procedure.
As far as the donations are concerned, I cannot say anything but yes once you meet the selection criteria, you'll be provided with the detailed fees structure in hand so as not to leave any doubt. *Age not exceeding 35 years as on the date specified in the notification.
