If you want to become a fluent English speaker you should take into consideration four skills, which are reading, listening, speaking, and writing.
The most important thing you must bear in mind is that reading and listening are inputs whereas speaking and writing are outputs. There are some ways that you can do so, which I will try to summarize.

as I have understood akanksha you are confused as you will be appearing for 12th board exams and then after that you will be giving medical entrance somewhere in april or may. I will strongly recommend you to now just concentrate and focus on 12th board exams as only 3 months are left. Try to give your best in board exams and start studying for medical entrance only after completion of 12th board. remember 12th board is more important than medical entrance. wish u a gr8 career ahead !!!!!
