Since, I am into IT industry from 11 years. I can see a very good exposure in front end client management role or co-ordination. To be precise, you need to go through a personal development course if you want to be in communication. Go and get a good professional personal development course along with your engineering.
Also, I suggest to take small courses on programming like JAVA and PHP, MySQL which will definitely help you for your career. I know few of them who have done these mentioned courses and now they are quite established.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

As students becoming more aware about the overseas education opportunities, the major study abroad destinations also change over the period of time. A decade back, the list of favourite study abroad destinations for Indian students had only the countries such as UK, USA and Australia. But today, with the changing trend, the students are experimenting with new countries and courses to get a degree. Students these days are also looking at countries like Europe, New-Zealand,Singapore, UAE etc too because of quality of education, after study prospects/job opportunities, stay back options and perhaps better salaries. Different countries have different requirement as far as entry level, fees structure, visa requirements etc are concerned. You will first have to introspect on these points and then search for the country.

The options are unlimited, as you have done your MCA and you are telling that you are weak in programming. The course you pursue should be dependent on your interests, aspirations, strengths and objectives.
There are plenty of options, I am listing some of them:
1. If you feel animation interests you and you have a creative aptitude and you can draw, paint and visualize, then go for animation as your career.
2. You can also check out courses on information practices related to Business Intelligence.
3. If you are keen on engineering you can go in for M.Tech in computer science or information technology.
4. If you want to manage or interest in doing some administrative work you can go for MBA.
5. You can pursue Ph.D.
You need to understand your skills and interests better. All the options lead to a career in IT field. However, Within IT there can be three career paths:
A. Software development: which involves core programming for which you need to do a course in Web development technologies like Java or .Net.
B. Networking: in which you need to have knowledge and skills to manage various network of computers and roles are like network engineer and systems Administrator. Certifications for this domain are MCSE, CCNA, RHCE, etc.
C. Databases: where you can become a database expert and have the role of Database Administrator. There are courses in Oracle and Oracle DBA. Depending on your strength, aspiration and goals you need to make a choice. As you already told that you are weak in programming.
I would suggest you to choose second or third path, i.e. networking/database administration. To become an S/w Developer you need to have programming knowledge.
And if you think that you are good in algorithm, you can choose to go as data scientist.
