Dear Vijaya,
Your qualification dose not match with your current working Industry, until if you are working with Hospital Finance Department.
The further course depends upon which line you want to choose in future career. There are many optional PGDMA available but can give you more clarity if you can tell which department are you currently working for and where you want to head or if you want some departmental shift.
With Regards,

Hello,
There are many advantages of IATA Diploma because you learn the same subjects (majority) in your degree again, so it's an added advantage. So, you already know most of the things in advance that your counterparts don't know who have come after 12th standard.
Also, the competition for degree admission after doing diploma is comparatively less than degree admission after 12th.
There are no government reservations for diploma to degree admissions like OBC, ST, NT, VJ and backward classes. All such reservations do not come in your way.
You will never find female or girls' quota or handicap quota. You don't have to give any entrance exam

Dear Shivangi,
Currently there are no restriction to the number of appearance after senior secondary education for graduation. But it depends on whether you are in medical or non-medical to attempt the exams. There are specific exams which only medical students can give and some only non-medical students can give. There are certain exams which both medical and non-medical students can give.
Some exams are irrelevant of the all streams i.e. arts, medical, non-medical, commerce or vocational course.
Regards,
Subodh Sharma
