Getting a call from old IIMs would be difficult with this score. You can expect calls from new IIMs. However given your past academic performance, if you can improve your CAT score next year, you can be assured to get multiple calls from old IIMs. However evaluate your options this year and then decide what you want to do.

It is difficult to answer, but an easier way to know your percentile would be to upload these scores on website of coaching companies such as Career Launcher and Time etc.
