You first of all need to confirm the Curricula Practical Training (CPT) policy of the university in the USA. If they do not allow CPT, then you will not be able to seek any time of employment during your studies. Upon completion of your studies, you may be eligible to pursue Optional Practical Training (OPT), but again this will be dependent on the policy of the school. An F1 visa does not directly provide a pathway to US residency, but if you find an employer sponsor for OPT, they may be willing to sponsor you for a H1B visa.

Hi Souvik,
If you want to get full and correct information on IBS interview than I would recommend you to visit the college once and try to talk to the present students.
For general PI: You should know your surrounding (current affairs), your past (at least two courses of your graduation discipline), your future (Why do you want to do MBA?). Prepare basic HR questions first.
All the best!

There is no criteria of judging that which graduation course can assure high paying job to you because in the end your knowledge gained and skills acquired will matter.

Sagar,
I wouldn't recommend you to do MBA without any entrance exam. Top colleges take admission only with entrance exams like:
1. CAT.
2. MAT.
3. SNAP, etc.
But, if you want to do MBA without entrance exam in Mumbai then you can refer to:
1. AEFT Dadar college of Management - Mumbai.
2. Mumbai School of Business - Mumbai.
