All reputed colleges have cutoffs, these need to achieved to be able to get admission. So, you should aim for a higher % in 12th with around 85-90+ so that you stand a good chance of admission.

It is not compulsory to know German language. The tutorials will be in English language too. If you want to take tutorials in German language, then your tuition fee gets reduced.

You may do Cisco CCNA certification from any of the training partner of Cisco to start your career as network engineer.
