If you look at ROI PUMBA, it has better ROI than Jaipuria Institute. As per MHRD ranking of B-Schools in 2016, PUMBA was in top 50 B-Schools. You can compare the two institutes on below links-

SAT and JEE are entirely different hence comparing them will make little sense. JEE tests a different skill set while SAT is entirely different. To do well in SAT, you must be extremely well in English and the level of mathematics is a little easier as compared to JEE for obvious reasons. That said, a very good SAT score can land you up in a top university in the world.

Its a matter of luck and your hard-work. No program nor university will guarantee you a job in US or any country. Universities in India I know have campus recruitment which is not practised abroad. It will come down to your networks - Alumni or employers, communication and leadership skills, academic performance to name a few. The business school here is also important, always invest in a good and reputed one.
