Germany is a great place for engineering studies, very competitive yet affordable. Some universities are even free, like Ireland, Poland, Norway, Singapore, China, etc. Also, it has good fees. Application process depends from country to country. You must also appear for standardized tests like SAT, etc. Indian students must also take IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency.

Biomedical engineering do not require maths in some private colleges SRM, VIT, and in COMEDK but if you want to go through JEE then off course yes. And, if you are not at all good in maths then I would say do medical course and then you can do your higher studies from IITs and NITs.
