Well, your class 12th score is a bit low, and AICTE has a rule that Colleges can admit Students only with 50% throughout. However, don't loose hope. There are many Colleges in India that aren't AICTE certified, you can check various b schools ranking websites and respective College websites for further information. All the best.

Although, all the flying hours are logged and they can be produced in DGCA for the issue of License. DGCA has devised a separate rule for defense pilots who wish to join commercial aviation. It is called the FATA rule. You can go through the CAR on the DGCA website for the same for better details.
