Sure 90% is good enough for a call. But, for GD PI, your profile will be analyzed, and it will get ABIT tough as your class 10th and class 12th score are a little less.

No dear, you cannot. Your scores are not up to the mark, besides FMS Delhi takes the cream layer of students being a government-backed institute. Moreover, you need to score 99 percentile and above for converting FMS along with excellent communication skills and amazing subject knowledge. I would suggest that with your class 12th scores being low, try for some other tier 2 or tier 3 B schools.

Hello Tirth,
Your query is a little unclear. Let me attempt to answer in spite of this. If you have already taken admission in a college in Gujarat and now wishes to transfer to this college in Maharashtra, it is impossible. However, if you are domicile of Gujrat, and now want to study in the college in Maharashtra, then you can apply against All India Quota. For this, you need to appear for any national level entrance exam and on the basis, if scores you can get admission.
Best wishes to you.
