Dear Arindam , a provisional certificate is given by the local authorities temporarily , till you get the degree certificate after your successful course completion.Its usually given by a local authority where you have undergone the course and completed the course , where as degree certificate is provided by the universities after the successful completion of the course awarding you with a valid degree .

All options are good.
You can opt MBA if you want to make career in the management field.
If you are more into practical knowledge you can opt M.Tech
If you are interested in theoretical knowledge you can opt M.Sc.

Generally to pursue MCA :
- One needs to pass BCA, BBA or B.Tech with more than 60% .
- Students who have finished their graduation in Science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2.
- There is no age limit.
Aspirants need to write an entrance exam to get admission into the MCA course.
