You can do MCA or MBA as a post graduation course. If you are interested in Management then you can do MBA (IT) and to be a software professional you can do MCA. It all depends upon your interest.

there is no direct scholarship programs for post graduate courses in tourism management. However, almost all universities that offer this course offer scholarships to their students. I am not aware of your profile, but you can apply to the following universities as they offer a masters course in tourism management as well as offer good amount of scholarships to international students:

Purdue University
Virginia Polytechnic State Institute and University
University of Illinois--Urbana Champaign

You can do SAP(HR) from Siemens,Genovate and NIIT which are the authorized partners for SAP. This is also an ERP Package too. I will let you know in a days time about the institutes in Peoplesoft.
