Many students prefer XIME bangalore as its the older one between the 2 and established. But XIME kochi being the newer one has better facilities. XIME bangalore does get more weightage in decisions and placements. Kochi isnt too bad but try for bangalore.

Hello Niket,
Make a study plan firstly if you haven't till now. A dedicate planning is most important. Practice as much as you can and try to solve at least 80 - 100 numerical every day. Since strategies for studying varies individually, you must figure out your own plan as per your capacity. Work on both your weak and strong areas - students are also encouraged to target for JEE Advanced as preparing for JEE advanced will spontaneously prepare you for the Mains. Relax and take study breaks. Best of Luck!

Hi Anu, first of all Congrats. Here faculties are good and minimum package is 3.5 lacs and maximum is 5.5 lacs, placement process is still in process, here students have to do the entire work of placement. No so much support from faculties for placements, so it take too much time like here placement started in jan -feb.

Hi Dhanraj,
You have to prioritize your wishlist firstly. If you are serious about doing MBA full time you must quit your job or there are part time MBA options as well. 8-10 years down the line you can opt for an Executive MBA too. If you plan to pursue MBA from abroad you must work for another year or so in order to be eligible. Make plans best suited to your career interest and decide. Best of Luck.

When selecting a country for study you should also consider the visa and work permit rules. For eg:- Canada provides a 2 yr open work permit after the completion of course (of at least 2yrs). Having a work permit of atleast an year is very helpful when looking for jobs. see www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work.asp

Hi Bedapta,
There is no reason why you can't be an air hostess. As long as you are qualified and have the skills and also as long as the scars don't prohibit you from doing our job superbly there is nothing to prohibit you. If it is a small scare there are make up tricks you can follow. I will suggest you to network with cabin crews for some advice. Hope it helps and best wishes for your career.

Well for a start it's not the end of the world if you don't like physics. There are umpteen opportunities out there. You can look at careers which need chemistry, biology and mathematics or even opt for a commerce or arts stream. The basic idea is to find out what is it that you really aspire to be and then chart out a map to reach there. Good luck!
