A lateral entry admission is one where a student directly enters in the second year of his engineering, MCA or MBA, etc degrees. Each degree has its own admission criterion. For example for B.Tech, lateral entry candidate must have completed a Diploma in their respective branch or B.Sc in PCM to be eligible for the lateral entry programme. Candidates after completing their Diploma, have to appear for LEET (a special examination for enrollment in the engineering colleges offering lateral entry for B.Tech). Few states conduct their own LEET examination.

It is not possible to get admission in any recognised institute so forget about a reputed one. You will only get admission in fake institutes without appearing for entrance exams. Don't mind but if you have such attitude that without appearing for entrance, you want to do an MBA, how will you do justice with your own learning? MBA is not just about tag, you have to really earn a reputed MBA degree with your hard work.

As if now, the minority status has not been defined by DTE for MMS. For PGDM it is Tamil minority. For MMS, last year it was all south Indians, till 2015 it was only Tamilians. The DTE should release a notification a statement regarding the minority status of the college before the CAP process begins.

Do not get frustrated. Failures are foot steps of success. You are near your goal. You may take external help or coaching to clear your two backlog papers and complete your graduation degree. After completion of your degree, you may re-plan your career goals and take action accordingly.
All the best.

Hello Arman,
Normally, questions in JEE Mains cover complete syllabus and hence if you have skipped some part then you probably can't answer fully. But then if you have really studied and answered without fail then you can hope for good results.
