80% is a good score for NUS. Since you are from CBSE, you need not take the SAT but check their website again. Admission will, overall, depend on your SOP, LOR, extracurriculars, etc.

Shubham, for a government job, you need to crack a test irrespective of the mode of degree. LPU offers approved courses through distance mode that can enable with the objectives of a particular course.
In case you are not working somewhere better would be to opt for regular MCA, so that you can get better benefits like placements, scholarships etc.

It depends on your interest. There are many paths for you. You can go for CS, CA or CMA as these are the best professional courses for a commerce student or you can go for a regular Masters degree. Apply for NDA exam, which is conducted twice a year. Get through exam, SSB interview, PABT, Medical, and merit, then you will get a call letter for NDA. Spend three years, as air Force cadet and then spend another 1 and half year at AFA, you are ready to go now. All the best.
