Well, it's good that you have a clear goal right from the start. I'll keep the answer short and list out a few things you should keep in mind to get admitted in one of the good IIMs.

JB, TGT is a state level exam and conducted by respective states as per their requirements because you have not mentioned about the state, So I am giving here the details about the KVS TGT exam. KVS (Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan) TGT Prelims consists the two part as part-1 and part-2 with total 150 Objective Type questions to be answered in 3 hours.
