My cousin is pursuing BTech from Thapar Insititute and all he has is goof things to say about the institute. You can seek admission through any mode on the basis of a single application form, subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
Mode 1 70% seats on the basis of JEE (Main)-2019/NEET-2019 rankings
Mode 2 - 30% seats on the basis of 10+2 PCM/PCB scores

In Germany each pharmacy has to be owned by a German pharmacist with the required university degree. I think you will have to clear the entrance exam for the same. It does not matter if you are from Uttarakhand or not. The university takes admission on the basis of entrance exam only. I hope it helps.
