Your top choice should be Regular Management. Operations management is also good but as title suggests is only limited to scope of operation. Strategic Management is also very niche course focusing only on certain aspect of management. You can choose a course on basis of your requirements. If your company has a demand for certain degree for promotion then choose that. Otherwise, Regular MBA is a better choice.

Diploma Courses in engineering in UP are only offered by Board of Technical Education Uttar Pradesh. It is not a university and several colleges under this board provide the courses. The topmost colleges are Hewett Polytechnic and Lucknow Polytechnic in Lucknow. Government Polytechnics of Raibareilly, Barabanki, Gajiyabad etc. Are also very good colleges for Diploma. You can apply for it through JEECUP. Some Institutes like CIPET offer their own specialised courses. They are applied through the institutes directly.
