B.F.A (Fine Arts) - Stands for Bachelor of Fine Arts. Typically, a Bachelor of Fine Arts is a three year course, minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2). Fine Arts is an art form which is developed mainly for aesthetics rather than practical application. Subjects studied under this degree are drawing, painting, figure drawing, portraiture, watercolor, art-making concept development, and art history critique.
Eligibility: The eligibility required for Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts is a higher seconday (10+2) pass. The Common Entrance Test of Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University/GGSIPU is conducted for various courses ranging from Arts to Science to Management to Engineering to medicine. Therefore, there is no common syllabus for GGSIPU CET. For different programmes, separate tests are conducted in the respective subjects or allied subjects. The information related to the precise syllabus for each entrance test can be obtained from the official website of GGSIPU- http://ggsipu.nic.in. Subjects to be studied for BCA entrance test are: English Language & Comprehension, Mathematics, Computer Awareness, General Knowledge-IT and Science Related.
