Hi Rohit, NUS is one of the best Universities of Singapore but just to be sure ithe ITT you are talking about, is it the ITT Technical University of USA? NUS is listed in top 100 in world rankings. Not Electronics but NUS does offer Electrical Engineering. Would you like to know about it?

try to get part time job with your course

As you are an agri graduate, it is good to select it in civil but I think botany is a hard subject and needs more expertise and if you think you are good in it than go for it otherwise choose another subject in which you have more expertise.
